Blog Topic: 5- Honesty

Telling the truth or what for this writing assignment we are calling honesty is many things. Honesty involves answering a question directly without lying or attempting to deceive. A person’s character can be defined by one’s honesty. Honesty is morality and national formations might be so characterized, but so too might be many family structures. What is ok for someone is not for you or me.
Honesty is what your character is built on. The wonderful thing about character, honesty and integrity, which are intimately related, is that they're one of the few things in life that no one will ever be able to forcefully take away from you. Your choices are your own. Even if someone can take your life, they can't force you to make a choice that you believe is wrong.
I think one should live his or her life with integrity and be honesty with what you do and say to people. What is honesty ? it is consistency of your actions, values, methods, measures, principles, expectations, and outcomes. In ethics, integrity is regarded as the honesty and truthfulness or accuracy of one's actions. I think that we all would want to be known as an honest person.
I like that quote that you just posted. Its very true and straight to the point. i enjoyed looking at the pictures that you have on your blog as well since this is the first time ive been on your page. But it is very true that everyone wants to be that honest person but in order to do that we must build trust and there are so many unhonest people out there in the world that it is hard to trust anyone or believe anyone. I hate that age when kids just start learning how to lie.. Its up to the parents to stop it.
ReplyDeleteI add more pictures each week with postings. Thank you for the comments. I think that at some point in each of are life's we all lie. It's about control and being and doing the right thing.
